Udemy– is based out of San Francisco and is an online learning marketplace. Udemy’s courses are offered across a breadth of categories, including business and entrepreneurship, academics, the arts, health and fitness, language, music, and technology. As of January 2016, Udemy reported that it has served over 10 million students, and offers more than 40,000 course alternatives.
Udemy built something great and wanted to take it to next level and brought in the Harris Consulting Group to improve their inside sales team’s prospecting and communication skills when talking to a prospects. They also asked for help on how to train the inside sales team to have a personal and professional business to business conversation.
