A sales kickoff is a company-wide gathering often at the beginning of a fiscal year or quarter for the purpose of bring the sales team and other members or the organization together in an effort to improve knowledge, share advancements, bond, and learn new sales skills. Attendees can be from SDR teams, AE (Account Executive) teams, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, Product Marketing and Support.
