How does reinforcement training work?

Week 1:
  • Virtual Option 1: 4 days in a row 2 hours each day
  • Virtual Option 2: 2 days in a row 4 hours each day
  • Onsite Option 1: 2 days in a row, 4 hours each day
Weeks 2-4
  • 45 minutes 1/ week with management team only
    AND
  • 45 minutes 1/ week with the sales team (includes managers)

 

Whether training is onsite or via Zoom, during weeks 2-4, there will be sessions with the sales leadership and with the sales team to provide coaching, reinforcement, and guidance based on what’s happening in your sales conversations.

How does this training work during WFH?

We’ve designed the sales training to take place via Zoom in micro-learning sessions, but we also offer onsite training if you prefer. The outcome of this is the ability to use immediately, that day, and greater retention to prevent the “Forgetting Curve”.
