StudyLog was referred to The Harris Consulting Group by Apttus to rethink the traditional sales process and cycle. With Richard’s guidance and sales training, the team was able to completely overhaul the sales process from initial onboarding and understanding of the core products to the execution of a sales process. Everyone took part in the Sales Training from the sales reps to the CEO. This Sales Training Audit and rebuild further allowed for StudyLab to learn how to establish sales conversations through traditional contact means, but also how to gain the right to ask questions from in a sales show booth.
