Time Management as a Sales Leader

Do you really understand how to do time management? This is a simple exercise you can do for yourself and, of course, can easily be taught to your sales team.  Like anything, before teaching others, teach yourself.

2,600 hrs/ year (50 hrs/ week x 52 weeks)
-150 hours (3 weeks vacation) = 150 hours
= 2,450 hours/ year

25%: time to your direct reports
= 612.5 hrs to your direct reports
= 12.5 hrs/ week (612.5/ 49 weeks)

2.5 hrs/ day for your direct reports
