Revel’s inventory management allows business owners to keep track of and manage their inventory directly from the backend management console or a mobile device. Revel also allows for CRM management which allows businesses to keep track of their customers and customer preferences. In 2015, the CEO Lisa Falzone was named on the Fortune 40 Under 40 list and the Forbes list of Eight Rising Stars.
Revel systems sales training kickoff program by the Harris Consulting Group brought in 40 plus inside sales reps and SDR’s. Through the program Revel systems was looking for both strategic and tactical training that the sales reps could use immediately in the sales cycle. Training included learning about the buyers journey, how decisions are made by clients, as well as discovery and closing techniques. Richard also focused on respect contracts. Respect contract were based on teaching sales rep how to not only respect prospects, but to also respect themselves so both are on equal value conversation.
